J-ADD empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives in the community while simultaneously supporting their families of origin. Using a person centered approach our supported living services facilitate individuals build life skills, pursue employment, and stay engaged within their communities.
For families where the individual with I/DD lives with them, we offer outreach, and educational support that helps create a plan for living outside of the family home down the road.
At J-ADD we provide more than just a place to live – we provide an environment where individuals with autism and or intellectual / developmental disabilities (I/DD) can flourish. Our team takes the time to learn about each person to ensure that every individual receives the supports they need to live inclusive, independent and productive lives in the community.
