Employment: J-ADD offers office jobs to those with developmental disabilities at competitive wages. Employees with developmental disabilities fill both direct care and administrative support positions at the J-ADD home office. J-ADD also offers employment through the Flowers by J-ADD program.

Counseling: J-ADD provides direct employment counseling as well as skills training and referrals to job seekers with developmental disabilities

Support: J-ADD works with families and support providers to craft effective and sustainable employment strategies.
